Can somebody enlighten me as to how the remaining games in the euro qualification are likely to pan out , if we take 6 points from the ukraine and georgia do we still habe to contend with the azzuri , or will my local coffee shop owner franco be giving free coffee to the boys as per his rash bet a the start of qualification ?

there is a story in todays' neep and journal about an aberdeen fan from dundee , going to Di-NEEP-ro , to the meteor stadium, via an easy jet prestwick ( or is that glasgow prestwick , in easyjet speak) to Krackow , then 3 trains to the game journey time 42 hours with the reverse trip out there at 37 hours - AND NO MENTION OF HOW HE PLANS TO GET TO PRESTWICK !!

so that leaves 2 strands of banter for the public at large

who has a better ( or worse ) story of a trip to the match ( i wont go on about the trip to the national staduim in luanda that is pretty quiet in comparison)

or

you may have noticed that the casino permit award was to D & G and not specifically to Stranraer , this is because the Govt recognises that there may well be extended value in creating a 2 site establishment to evenly spread the "moolah" around.

Current plan is to have slot machines and card tables in Stranraer , but to use Dumfires for all forms of dice based gambling
